About Kettlebell Seesaw Press
The kettlebell seesaw press is a military press variation where you press two kettlebells in alternation, one lowering as the other rises, like a seesaw. This forces each shoulder to work in anti-rotation while the other arm is in the pressing phase, intensifying core bracing compared to a standard simultaneous military press. It also keeps near-continuous tension on the shoulders since one arm is always under load. It's an excellent exercise for building unilateral pressing strength and trunk stability at the same time. It's accessible to lifters who already have solid command of the kettlebell clean and standard military press.
