See your strength progress, week after week
GymProgress turns the sets you log at the gym into clear charts: personal records, weekly max load, estimated 1RM and volume per muscle. You can tell at a glance whether you are moving forward or stuck. It is free, with no subscription, on Android and in your browser.

How it works
- 1
Log your workouts
Pick your exercises from a catalog of 600+ movements. For each set, enter the weight in kg, the reps and, if you like, your RPE.
- 2
The numbers are crunched for you
As soon as the workout is saved, the app updates your records, estimated 1RM, volume and sets per muscle group. No spreadsheet to maintain.
- 3
Read your charts and adjust
Open the Analytics page to see week-by-week trends. A rising line means keep going. A flat line for a month means it is time to change something.
What you can do
Personal records and how they evolve
For each exercise, GymProgress keeps your best weight.
Weekly max load and estimated 1RM
Pick an exercise and follow your heaviest weight week after week.
Volume per week and per muscle
Total weekly volume shows your overall workload.
RPE distribution
If you log RPE (7 to 10), the app shows how many sets you do well short of failure and how many you take all the way.
Days trained, goal and summaries
Set a weekly workout goal and see which days you trained.
Body weight
Log one weigh-in per week and follow the curve next to your lifts.

Who is it for?
Beginners
In your first months you progress fast. Watching records fall every week is highly motivating, and the weekly goal helps you keep the habit.
Experienced gym-goers
Once gains slow down, you need precise numbers. Estimated 1RM, sets per muscle and RPE help you spot a plateau and dose your volume.
Home training
With dumbbells or bodyweight, progress can still be tracked: reps, sets per muscle and days trained matter as much as the load.
