Your 30-day workout program, built and tracked in one app
GymProgress builds a free personalized workout plan from a few questions: level, goal, place, session length and training days. Workouts land on the days you picked, starting loads come from what you actually lifted, and the app tells you when to add weight. Free, no subscription, on Android and in your browser.

How it works
- 1
Answer a few questions
Your level, your goal, where you train (gym, home or bodyweight), how long a session lasts (30, 45, 60 or 75 min), how many sessions per week (2 to 6) and which days suit you.
- 2
Find your workouts already scheduled
The app places the 30-day block on the days you chose. On the day, you open the workout: exercises, sets, reps and starting loads are already filled in.
- 3
Log your sets and progress
You log your sets as usual. When you reach the top of the rep range, the load goes up next session: that is double progression.
What you can do
A program that fits your week
You pick between 2 and 6 sessions per week and the exact days you can train.
Gym, home or bodyweight
The program picks exercises for where you train, from a catalog of more than 600 exercises.
The same core exercises for the whole block
The main exercises stay the same for all 30 days.
Loads taken from your real workouts
If you have logged an exercise before, the starting load comes from your last session on it.
Double progression, no maths
Each exercise has a rep range.
Swap an exercise in two taps
Machine taken, sore shoulder or missing equipment: replace the exercise with an alternative, right in the program or during the workout.
Workout reminders and progress tracking
On Android, a notification reminds you of today's workout.
Who is it for?
You are a beginner
You walk into the gym and do not know where to start. The program gives you exercises, sets and reps, and each exercise page shows you the movement. You just follow and log.
You already train at the gym
You have stalled or you pick workouts on feel. A 30-day block with fixed exercises, loads from your history and a clear progression rule brings structure back.
You train at home
Choose home or bodyweight and the program adapts to that setting. Thirty-minute sessions are enough to keep a steady rhythm when your schedule is tight.
